Fluid Bodies
Much like queerness, water defies rigid classification, it exists in multiple states, shifts fluidly, and
takes the shape of whatever holds it. Refusing to be pinned down, like queerness, which resists
strict definitions and embraces fluidity. Water connects everything, moving through ecosystems, through bodies, through time, and refusing borders. Adaptable, resilient, and powerful, it carves out its own path, sometimes gently, sometimes with force, but always shaping the world in a way uniquely its own. In this body of work, we explore motion as both a physical state and a metaphor for queer existence ever-shifting, uncontained, and resistant to definition. Just as water reshapes landscapes over time, queerness carves out space where none was given, moving with both quiet persistence and undeniable force.
